CFO HIVE is a group of experienced fractional CFO’s who have come together to work as a team to offer their services to clients. There is no owner, no manager, no desire to be the biggest …. but we aspire to be the best.
We are all equal contributors to a collective desire to provide excellent finance expertise and experience to business’s , where the cost of a full-time CFO is prohibitive and not practical, but where business owners can see the value in having a high calibre finance professional for a few days a month to bring knowledge, clarity, insight and focus to help accelerate their business growth.
What sets us apart is the calibre of our CFO’s and the experience they have. Our Rosta of CFO’s is restricted to people who have worked previously in UK and International listed companies, and who therefore have a perception of what is required to be best in class, and a broad business knowledge and strategic understanding outside of “just the numbers”.
More importantly, and allied to this, all our CFO’s have also been working as part-time fractional FD’s /CFOs with smaller, more dynamic and entrepreneurial businesses for a number of years and therefore understand the requirements of working either with owner managers, or with a small number of key shareholder/ equity investors.
That mixture of Big Co. standards and SME Co. execution gives us the confidence to claim that we will be able to understand any business finance scenario, deliver the expertise to solve issues, build a sustainable finance function, and make a significant contribution to the future success of your business.
